Admin on Bux.to's forum announced today that the overwhelming response to the release of the card has put them under agreat deal of pressure. Apparently many users have been bombarding the Live Support function with queries about the card. If those members would take 5 minutes to look on the Bux.to forums they will see that there are special threads dedicated to the new card. With all this extra workload put on Payoneer staff, Bux.to issued a warning today about repeated questions & live support tickets being put to the staff of both companies. In short if this carries on it looks like Payoneer may pull the plug on the debit card. Please, if you want to find a answer to your questions regarding the Bux.to MasterCard please go here: Ask About The Bux.to MasterCard HERE ONLY Please read the below statement carefully it is very important all members are 'clued up' on this issue:
"1. We have received feedback from Payoneer that they have been receiving an enormous amount of customer support calls regarding payment timing to card. We need to stop this. We cannot bombard them with hundreds of emails or live chat sessions as we are not the only customer. Please do not bother Payoneer in regards to Bux.to payments, they cannot help you. If we leave this as it is we will lose Payoneer. They cannot deal with hundreds of Bux.to members question about the payment.
For now we are setting a temporally date to stop this. First card payment will be made to within next week in normal payment cycle 30 business days for premium. Payment term will be updated and hopefully lowered as soon as the new script is released. We are in process to change main points in regards to the payment in our TOS but maybe not ready before we launch the new script.
Since we are all waiting for the new script, but still like to continue with payments and especially making payments to you via new method through Bux.to MasterCard, we need to extemporize: If you received your card and passed the activation process please make sure that you update your Bux.to profile that you payment address is shown as follow:
1. Go to My Profile - http://bux.to/profile.php
2. In the AlertPay Address For Payments put YourBuxUsername@buxcard.net
Don't worry, it will still shown as "AlertPay", when we make payments to you and see the @buxcard.net, we will pay to the card instead of AlertPay.
We are trying to pay faster but seems very difficult to organise unless we have the new script. Right now no matter if it is card or AlertPay, the payout term/cycle remains unchanged, 30 business days. If you continue to bother Payoneer, we may consider to close this payment channel. Maybe with the new script we will add additional services such as priorty payments or similar. At the moment things are going way too fast.
2. Chargeback/Refund: Please note if there is a chargeback or refund, accounts will be suspended. Under no circumstance will those accounts be reinstated.
3. New staff started work today. Still not ready since they need to be trained. They will introduce themself in the forum by this week. Right now, it may take up to 7 business days to solve any problem. Please use the same email address in your Bux profile when you pay for refs or upgrade your account to avoid delays "
Bux.to members please take some weight off the staff & stop asking questions that have already been answered. Check the Bux.to forum HERE for answers regarding the Bux.to MasterCard.

Bux.to News & Announcements Update 13th March 2008
So it's been a week since the Bux.to MasterCard was officialy released & the majority of the hype & hysetria has passed thankfully - after reading so many of the same questions & answers on the Bux.to forum I myself became a involuntary unofficially certified Payoneer expert! Anyway for those of you that like to have your finger on the pulse & like to know exactly what Bux.to is upto here is the lastest Bux.to news announcement:
"1. We are disappointed with AlertPay, mass pay doesn't work again. We're still trying but cannot pay hundreds individually. Please aware there will be delay with payments through AlertPay.
2. By this weekend, I will be revising the current forum's spam system. As you know, banned sites are automatically convert to "bux.to". This seems to raise alot of confusions so I will change this to "Bux Banned Site" to avoid any further confusion that might arise."
Well AlertPay has disappointed me, I thought they would have got this sorted by now. It has been two months since the change from Paypal to Alertpay. Thank goodness for the pre-paid MasterCard. I don't think AlertPay are quite as well equipped for the huge surge in business as MasterCard. I for one would not be too bothered in Bux.to ended their relationship with AlertPay it was only a knee-jerk reaction to have them anyway really. My MasterCard is still under-review so I hope to get approved any day now & hope this will shorten the payout waiting times, which it is intended to do. Watch this space folks for more Bux.to News, Reviews & FAQ's!

Bux.to Now Set To Use Pre-Paid MasterCard as Payment Option
With most of the talk on the official Bux.to forum centering around the eagerly awaited Bux.to Card, it was great to see a update from Admin today regarding alll the answered questions relating to the release & use of the card. The most surprising thing in the announcement is the change from Visa Electron (as we all were told it would be) to MasterCard. This is probably in hindsight; a better option as MasterCard will be more widely acceptable than the Visa Electron Card, so a good move for Bux.to & a even better one for it's 2.5M members. The other surprising thing in the annonucement was the fees for the card, these will be a lot smaller than I originally anticipated & the limit you can put on the card is a whopping $12,500! which will test even the top members at Bux.to! Read he full official announcement for the Bux.to card below:
"In order to provide a smooth release. I'm giving you answers to most of the questions I've seen. We have tested the API, some changes and other admin decisions need to be made before public release. For All The Bux.to Doubters, Sceptics & Non-Beleivers:
(Click Image Above To View Stats)
I first joined Bux.to on 13th September 2007 about two months after they launched. At first I was VERY sceptical. I couldn't understand how they could afford to pay all these members when they were basically make very little profit from advertising Vs. paying their members. After visiting the forums regulary & reading other members posts it became clear that they are actually making their money mostly from purchased refs & premium upgrades (not to mention the clickbank products) I didn't start refering properly until October '07. I had read so many success stories in the Bux.to forum I thought I'd at least give it a go & it's free so I wasn't going to lose anything. Now five months after I initially registered I have 860 refs, been paid $10.46, purchased premium membership, & purchased a additional 100 referalls (Total investment: $157) I have already been paid $10.46, my next due amount is $417 & total balance is $739. So as you can see from the figures I will be well in profit when I get my next payment. To anyone considering joining Bux.to I would seriously recommend it, not only is it a good investment with quick returns compared to other ventures it is also a excellent place to advertise & with over 2.5 million, yes MILLION members there is always a audience ready to view your ads, which is great for business owners, seo experts, students, blog owners, & affiliates alike to advertise their product(s) Less sceptical? Bux.to Official Updates (February 23rd 2008)
It has been a while since any official updates regarding a few pending matters & yesterday we got some news regarding the Bux.to card, servers & payments...
1. Cluster/Servers/Stats/Website accessibility
Bux.to is growing very fast. We are still having problems and trying to find the best configuration. We recognized that the MySQL servers are insufficient as traffic we receive is massive, we serve up to 5 million page views a day.
We took actions by adding another server which will be integrated early next week. We'll see how this will help with the issues. It was a huge amount in terms of cost. Consider this cluster as part of the investment for our members to provide the best service.
2. Bux.to card
We were planning to release the card with our own design and logo, but this is taking longer than expected. So instead we will start out first with cards from our supplier with the embossed 'www.bux.to' a very basic design. Card orders will be accepted from Monday or Tuesday next week with more specific details to follow. The good looking design will be out a few weeks later for ordering.
3. Payments
We pay our members everyday as you will see on their feedback on the success stories.
Just the whole PayPal issue, we have hired an attorney to take care of this. They still own us a large sum amount of money. We can assure you we are a serious business and that all members are getting paid accordingly to our TOS
Great news about the Bux.to card! lets hope those legal crooks at Paypal give them their money back - I sympathise, I have been in the same position with Paypal. Stop using Paypal & make Alertpay your way of paying TODAY.

Bux.to Members & Advertisers FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Bux.to is NOT a Autosurf, Multi-Level Marketing, Pyramid, Ponzi, Matrix or "Get Rich Quick" scheme.
Members FAQ:
What is Bux.to?
Bux.to is a new innovative, international and FREE English based service that allows advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their ad on our, "Surf Ads" page.
How to contact Bux.to?
We can be reached via contact form:
Contact Us
Business hours
10.00 am till 6.00 pm (GMT +4:00), Monday through Friday except public holidays.
How does it work?
You view websites in 30 second sessions via the "Surf Ads" page. Once the 30 seconds is up, you'll either get a green tick sign or a red 'X'. The green tick sign means you've earned $0.01 and as premium member $0.0125 for the visit and the 'X' means you have not earned money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this happens, you get no credit. Note Dec 07: The Red 'X' problem has now been fixed.
Can other people in my household join?
They must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay address/account to register with our program. As far as cheating goes, our software detects users who create fictitious accounts and use the same computer so if someone else in your household wants to join and will legitimately use their account; you shouldn't be flagged for abuse.
Can I have more than one account?
No. There is no need to maintain more than one account. If you've lost your login information, you can request to have it sent to your e-mail address. If you are caught with more then one account open (we have a very strict auditing process before payments are sent) your account(s) will be terminated, your ip address(es) will be banned and you will not receive any earnings.
My network, school or ISP all use the same or randomly used IP addresses, can I join?
Yes, this is fine. The same general rule applies from the previous question.
How much money can I make?
We pay you $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your referrals visit. As premium member $0.0125 for each website you visit and $0.0125 for each website your referrals visit. There is no limit in the amount of websites you visit or referrals that you obtain. Your earning possibilities are virtually endless.
How do I refer others?
Use your unique referral code found within the user area "My Stats".
How can I cancel my account?
Inactive accounts are automatically cancelled after certain time.
Why I have to click twice to see the green tick?
Check your antivirus, antispyware/adware programs, your browser settings for cookies and java script acceptance. If this doesn't work, try cleaning your cache or reboot your computer.
Why I have not received my welcome email or password request?
You need to make sure that mail from the bux.to domain is not being blocked, Try adding "mail@bux.to" to your address book.
I can't see any ads!?
If you see no ad links on the "Surf Ads" page but you DO see stats on the right hand side then you need to disable all antivirus and antispyware/adware programs. If this doesn't work, try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.
My stats aren't updating!?
This is either because your browser is saving the page in it's cache or you're not waiting for the dollar sign to appear after the timer is complete. Try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.
I keep getting "Invalid verification code entered." when I try to register or login!?
First, make sure you are correctly typing in the verification code. If you are typing in the correct code and still having problems then it's something to do with your browser caching the previously used session image. Try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.
How often are the statistics updated?
Stats are updated immediately.
How do I get paid?
If you have at least $10.00 accumulated, you can click on your account balance within your stats area and it will submit your request. Currently, we only make payments via Alertpay. We will soon be using other methods of payment.
When do I get paid?
You can request for payment once you're account balance is at least $10.00. Your payment will be processed and issued via Alertpay or Bux.to card within 30 business days for premium and 60 business days for standard members. You can only request one payment at the time.
What is Alertpay?
AlertPay is the payment processing solution that we use to pay members. Your AlertPay address is the e-mail address you use to register with Alertpay. You can get a free AlertPay account HERE
Why did I get paid less then what I was owed?
Alertpay may charge a small fee when you receive funds.
Advertiser FAQ:
How does the advertising work?
When you order an advertising package, we first approve the site and then insert it on the "Surf Ads" page. All new ad entries appear at the top of the list. We only charge you for unique visits that our members generate. All outside visits are free. For instance, you may order 1,000 visits but you may receive 1,300 or more visits because of non-members checking out the "Surf Ads" page. You're essentially getting more for your money.
Are my visits guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee that you will receive at least the amount of traffic that you ordered.
Is each visit unique from the last?
Each visit is unique on a scale of 24 hours. Meaning, you will only be charged for the same visitor once per 24 hours. On the "Surf Ads" page, the "Member Visits" counts the unique visits from members and the "Outside Visits" counts each page hit from non-members.
Are there any restrictions?
Your ad cannot promote adult content or illegal activity. We also do not accept sites that use frame breakers.
Why did my ad end so quickly?
Smaller purchases like the 1,000 and 2,500 visit ads usually expire within 15-30 minutes. Sometimes even sooner. Bux.to generally has 1,000-2,500 users online at a time.
Why I have not received my Ad status email?
You need to make sure that mail from the bux.to domain is not being blocked, Try adding "mail@bux.to" to your address book.
